What do you mean by "Custom Design?
The "Custom Design" section is for those who want us to produce the design based on a simple brief.
Is there a restriction on what I can have designed?
As long as your design meets our general code of acceptance we can include any logos, text or images.
How do I let you know what I want?
When selecting your size and just before adding to cart you can upload an image or sketch of your ideas. Alternatively you can add a simple text file (notes) explaining how you wish us to design your flag. Please include text, crest requests and general layout preferences so we can quickly produce your perfect flag design.
What if I don't like what you send me?
In the unlikely event you don't like what we email back as a proof we can arrange for 2 more alterations to the design FREE of charge. If you still don't like what we have created for you we promise to refund your order in full and you can walk away.
How long does the whole process take?
The Custom Design process does take slightly longer than designing online or providing your own artwork but we still aim to deliver your flag within 7-10 days. In most cases designs are approved within 2-3 days and delivered within 7.
Does my flag come string?
No but if you visit the fixings section on the website we sell a woven polyester cord in 50cm lengths.
