Lead Time

PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT MESSAGE. We will be closed this year for our summer shutdown between 1st-8th and 14th-21st August. Any orders with printed items placed between Tuesday 25th July and Monday 21st August will be subject to slightly longer lead times. You will be able to select various dispatch dates on most of our standard products. All orders will be processed when we are back up and running on the 22nd August. PLEASE NOTE: HARDWARE ORDERS PLACED UP UNITIL 1pm MONDAY 31ST JULY WILL BE DISPATCHED AS NORMAL. THESE WILL RESUME FOR 3 DAYS ON AUGUST 9TH-11TH BEFORE STOPPING UNTIL TUESDAY 22ND.

Order Placed

After placing your order you will receive a standard order confirmation email. If this doesn't arrive please get in touch.



Design Approved

Before anything is printed we need to prepare your artwork and receive final approval. This process is carefully tracked through our email ticket system.



Flag Printed

Now we have your approval we can start work on your flag. We digitally print your design onto a special fire retardant polyester.



Inks Fixed

After printing your design to the fabric we need to fixed the ink to the polyester using high temperatures of around 220 degrees C.



Flag Sewn

This is where our flags stand out from the rest. We use a strong FR 25mm edge binding with plastic tri-rings in each corner and eyelets along the long sides.



Order Dispatched

The day has come to dispatch your order. The flag is packed in its very own storage bag and sent on the service you selected (a signature will be required).
