Shipping / Delivery

UK deliveries are sent by Parcelforce or Royal Mail. Please be aware that a signature will be required on delivery for most orders.

International deliveries are sent by the cheapest or most appropriate method which can be calculated using out "table rate calculator" This can be found at the checkout. If no option is available for your country or zone please email. Please be aware that a signature will be required on delivery.

Returns & Replacements

Our custom designed and personalised printed products cannot be returned for a refund unless they are faulty or if the text or logo content of the flag or banner is different from the artwork you have supplied or designed on-line. Minor colour variation may occur due to differences between an on screen proof or display and the actual physical object when printed with CMYK inks to a washable fire retardant cloth. These colour differences cannot be a used as a reason for return without consultation and agreement.

Faulty goods may be returned for exchange or full refund within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or order refunds on flags or banners we consider used or damaged (statutory rights not affected). Please email a request for a returns form. When returning we strongly recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the organisation conveying the consignment as we will not accept responsibility for parcels which are lost in transit.

Please note we are not responsible for cost of return postage unless items delivered are faulty or incorrect. If this should occur please contact us. Please allow seven working days for returns to be processed once they reach us.

If it is an international return, please clearly label the package "returned British Goods" for customs purposes as the company will not pay import duty on returned goods.

If you are exchanging goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference. If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment will be needed.

Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange an item the purchaser will be informed.


Our acceptance of an order does not take place until the goods leave our dispatch department. We will email you an order/dispatch confirmation at this point. If there is going to be a delay in getting the goods to you we will email asking you if you would still like us to send the order to you. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order is very unusual but may result from the product ordered being unavailable due to manufacturing problems or our inability to obtain authorisation of payment or the identification of an error with the product specification including size, price or promotion. If there are any problems with your order we will contact you.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment will be taken via Paypal, either from your PayPal account if you have one, or from a debit or credit card through the secure PayPal processing facility. You do not need to have an account with Paypal to make a payment through Paypal who provide one of the most secure ways to pay for goods and services online. Pricing is shown adjacent to each product type and size. VAT is shown as a sub total for all products destined for UK customers. Tax is not charged at source for international sales. Local import tax charges (if any) should be requested you from your import authority.

Promotions will be advertised within our website when appropriate. Discount codes will be available for customers use as a further way to promote our products.

Registered users of the FootballFlags website can view and track orders through the account management system by logging into the system using the Login & Passwords supplied during your registration phase.

Fire Retardant

All fire retardant flags have a care label showing the specific FR rating. This rating is correct at the time of sale and it is worth noting that aggressive and constant washing over a period of years will change the FR properties. Please keep your flag clean and only wash when absolutely necessary.
