Lead Time
PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT MESSAGE. We will be closed this year for our summer shutdown between 1st-26th August. Any orders with printed items placed between Friday 19th July and Monday 26th August will be subject to longer lead times. All orders will be processed when we are back up and running on Tuesday 27th August. PLEASE NOTE: LAST CUSTOM PRINTED ORDERS FOR STANDARD LEAD TIME IS 18TH JULY. HARDWARE ORDERS PLACED UP UNITIL 1pm Wednesday 31ST JULY WILL BE DISPATCHED AS NORMAL.
CUSTOM PRINTED FLAGS (10, 7 or 5 working days)
Order Placed
After placing your order you will receive a standard order confirmation email. If this doesn't arrive please get in touch.
Design Approved
Before anything is printed we need to prepare your artwork and receive final approval. This process is carefully tracked through our email ticket system.
Flag Printed
Now we have your approval we can start work on your flag. We digitally print your design onto a special fire retardant polyester.
Inks Fixed
After printing your design to the fabric we need to fixed the ink to the polyester using high temperatures of around 220 degrees C.
Flag Sewn
This is where our flags stand out from the rest. We use a strong FR 25mm edge binding with plastic tri-rings in each corner and eyelets along the long sides.
Order Dispatched
The day has come to dispatch your order. The flag is packed in its very own storage bag and sent on the service you selected (a signature will be required).
