Lead Time
IMPORTANT NOTICE: EASTER BREAK
We will be partly closed for our Easter break from 11th April to 21st April 2025. Please note the following important information regarding our FA CUP Semi Final OFFER, Easter Break and hardware orders:
- Fans of Nottingham Forest, Man City, Crystal Palace and Aston Villa can place their order up until 23.59 April 21st and receive their flag on or before Friday 25th April. Offer based on purchasing flags or stickers with our standard 10 working days shipping method. Once you have placed your order we will fast track the order and update the expected dispatch date where necessary. Designs will be processed during our printing break, and we will prepare one long print run for Tuesday 22nd April.
- HARDWARE ORDERS ARE UNAFFECTED
- Orders with custom printed items placed between Tuesday, 1st April and Friday, 18th April may experience longer lead times. All orders will be processed when we resume full operations on Tuesday, 22nd April.
- Deadline for custom printed orders with standard lead time: Monday, 31st March
- Deadline for custom printed orders with 5-day lead time: Monday, 7th April

CUSTOM PRINTED FLAGS (5-10 Days)
Order Placed
After placing your order you will receive a standard order confirmation email. If this doesn't arrive please get in touch.
Design Approved
Before anything is printed we need to prepare your artwork and receive final approval. This process is carefully tracked through our email ticket system.
Flag Printed
Now we have your approval we can start work on your flag. We digitally print your design onto a special fire retardant polyester.
Inks Fixed
After printing your design to the fabric we need to fixed the ink to the polyester using high temperatures of around 220 degrees C.
Flag Sewn
This is where our flags stand out from the rest. We use a strong FR 25mm edge binding with plastic tri-rings in each corner and eyelets along the long sides.
Order Dispatched
The day has come to dispatch your order. The flag is packed in its very own storage bag and sent on the service you selected (a signature will be required).
